“SOMETHING SURPRISING” PHOTO CONTEST

Participants post a photo and a caption about something about themselves that would surprise their coworkers (like “I’m a henna artist”). Then coworkers vote for the best or most surprising submissions.

SUSTAINABILITY COMPETITION

Employees earn points for daily sustainable practices. They both compete against each other and also use earn company SWAG like coffee mugs, bags, etc for their activities. Details.

JUNE

DISTANCE / STEPS COMPETITION

Turn miles, steps, or workouts into a multi-week competition where employees can compete, share training photos, exchange tips and earn company gear like jerseys, water bottles or an event registration.

 

JULY / AUGUST

PHOTO SCAVENGER HUNT

Encourage folks to get outside for the summer months with fun, week-long photo scavenger hunts. Form teams, select a few local landmarks as well as some more challenging targets (like the top of a 14er) and have teams compete to get the most items each day/week.

SUMMER PHOTO CONTEST

August is when half the office is out on vacation so spark some conversations around those trips by hosting a photo contest. They can submit the photos via Rumblesum and vote for the winners anonymously.

MURDER MYSTERY WEEK

One of our favorite games. Each participants shares a few facts about themselves. Each day, we drip a clue about the murderer (like the murdered went to high school in Florida). Coworkers talk to each other and at the end of the game, everyone guesses who they think the murdered is.

GIVING TREE OR CHARITY DRIVE
