Live leaderboards for individuals, teams, and Feats of Strength winners create friendly competition for participants of all levels.
Drink 64 oz of water - 20 points
Workout for 45 minutes - 20 points
Limit social media to 10 min - 15 points
Eat a homemade lunch or dinner – 10 points
Get outdoors for 15 min – 10 points

Most jumping jacks in a minute,
Longest plank hold and more.
