Participants earn points for completing the below healthy habits every day and attempting the Feats of Strength.

Live leaderboards for individuals, teams, and companies and weekly Feats of Strength winners create friendly competition for participants of all levels.  

 


Daily Habits

Drink 64 oz of water - 20 points

Workout for 45 minutes - 20 points

Avoid social media - 15 points

Eat a homemade lunch or dinner – 10 points

Get outdoors for 15 min – 10 points

Weekly Feats of Strength

W1: Feats of Strength (longest wall sit, most push-ups, etc)

W2: Get Out! (most steps)

W3: The Mentalist (Meditation, do a kind deed, etc.)

W4: Work It Out (Log the most workouts by duration and intensity)
