Workout for 45 minutes - 20 points
Avoid social media - 15 points
Eat a homemade lunch or dinner – 10 points
Get outdoors for 15 min – 10 points

W1: Feats of Strength (longest wall sit, most push-ups, etc)
W2: Get Out! (most steps)
W3: The Mentalist (Meditation, do a kind deed, etc.)
W4: Work It Out (Log the most workouts by duration and intensity)
