Daily Habits

Drink 64 oz of water

Don’t use takeout containers

Eat a homemade lunch or dinner

Get outdoors for 30 min

Use alternative transportation for one off-site meeting or commute each week

Each week we feature four feats of strength that participants love doing with their coworkers i.e.

Longest wall sit,

most jumping jacks in a minute,

longest plank hold and more.
