How it works:

Participants register, log daily habits and Feats of Strength, view leaderboards and upload photos on our mobile app

MULTIPLE WAYS TO EARN POINTS

Participants earn points for completing the below healthy habits every day, uploading photos and attempting the Feats of Strength.

COMPETITION IS KEY

Live individual and team leaderboards in addition to weekly Feats of Strength winners create friendly competition for participants of all levels.

 


Daily Habits

Drink 64 oz of water - 20 points

Workout for 45 minutes - 20 points

Avoid social media - 15 points

Eat a homemade lunch or dinner – 10 points

Get outdoors for 15 min – 10 points
